As soon as I laid eyes on the tortillas and dip, I knew I exactly what I wanted to make… Spinach Artichoke Dip Pizza! Only 3 Ingredients… flour tortillas, spinach artichoke dip, and Parmesan cheese!
First heat up the dip according the directions on the package. Next, throw one tortilla on the skillet (medium heat). As soon as one side warmed up and got some color, I flipped it over.
Immediately spread approximately 3 tablespoons of the spinach artichoke dip and transfer to a plate.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and slice!
That’s it! Talk about a quick and simple snack or lunch! My kid loved it! The dip I used contained water chestnuts so it added a fun crunch to it! Enjoy!!!
